2. Types of iron railings

3.1 Receiving Customer Requirements

First, we receive the requirements and information from the customer.

The design engineer develops a design proposal based on the beautiful iron railing model selected by the customer, or checks the drawings if available.

Furthermore, based on the space of the structure and the customer’s preferences and personality, we will advise them to obtain the most suitable iron gate and railing products.

3.2 Designing Iron Railing Drawings

Once the customer has finalized the design, the engineer creates detailed drawings according to the actual dimensions of the structure. These are then reviewed and handed over to the workshop manager.

The workshop manager will only accept the task after receiving the signature of the design manager or technical manager, along with the company’s approval stamp on the iron railing drawings.

The technical manager will implement construction according to the design drawings.

3.3 Iron Railing Fabrication

Smoothing the Grinding Areas: Using “Matit ATM” technology to fill the ground areas, preventing rainwater from entering the iron bars, preventing rust, and making the iron bars smoother and more beautiful.

Polishing: Polishing and smoothing the filled areas to facilitate painting and maintain paint durability.

Anti-Rust Painting: Cleaning, completing, and applying anti-rust and anti-corrosion paint using a spray machine, paint, and industrial gasoline to prevent rust and ensure the product’s longevity and beauty.

3.4 Iron Railing Construction and Installation

After the product is completed, the design staff will perform a final inspection before transferring it to the warehouse for packaging and transportation.

Finally, delivery to the construction site and construction, installation, and completion according to the contract with the customer.
