TMVI Bac Ninh Garment Factory

The project has a total land area of ​​25,056 m², of which the construction area is 14,936.83 m². The main components include:

• A two-story main production building (floor area 18,301.94 m²)
• A canteen combined with a motorbike parking area (4,768.50 m²)
• A pumping station and underground water reservoir
• A 2,500 kVA transformer station and generator room
• A wastewater treatment plant
• A guardhouse, customer canteen, and car park
• Main gate, fence, flagpole, and signage
• Internal road system, landscaping, and fire safety equipment

The entire project is constructed under Contract No. 03/2026/XD-TMVI-SN, encompassing everything from site leveling to finishing and equipment installation.
